  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All online payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

Noor Modesty does not store your card details.

5. Shipping Policy

  • We provide shipping services across India.

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong item is delivered

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video proof.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
