At Noor Modesty, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure quality. However, if you face any issue, please read our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Without proper unboxing video proof, return requests may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Used or washed items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Size-related issues (please check size chart carefully before ordering)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required)

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong items received

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will arrange the pickup.

If the return does not meet our policy conditions, it may be rejected.
